Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Esencore collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to esencore.io and does not cover any separate agreement you may have with us.
1. Information you give us
The only information you actively provide is what you enter into our manufacturing inquiry form:
- Name
- Company
- Business email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The type of engagement you are interested in
- Your estimated production requirement
- Any project details you choose to write
We ask you not to include medical, patient, or personal health information in that form, and the form is not designed to receive it.
2. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential manufacturing program
- To keep a record of business correspondence
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To meet legal or recordkeeping obligations that apply to us
We do not sell your information, and we do not use inquiry form submissions to build advertising profiles.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and handle inquiries — our hosting provider and our form processor, Formspree — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry submissions are retained for as long as needed for the purpose described above, and thereafter only where an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires it. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard practice.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and inquiry data is transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Write to support@esencore.io and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that law.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described at the top of this page.
